Limacina (Limacina) retroversa (Fleming, 1823) australis (Eydoux and Souleyet, 1840)
Spire highly coiled, more than 6 colorless whorls. No umbilical keel. Umbilicus wide, but may be narrow in young specimens. Transverse striae present. Wing protrusion present. Embryonic shell with rough ornamentation of irregularly ramified flat ridges (Boltovskoy, 1974b). Shell height: 2.5 mm, maximum diameter: 1.5 mm.
