Diagnosis: Shell hyaline, subtriangular, brown. Brown coloration especially noticeable along aperture rim, joint, and ventral side, except for its margins. Ventral side vaulted. Nineteen conspicuous, thin, linear ventral ribs. Dorsal side somewhat flattened, with weak central and latero-dorsal ribs; lock ribs weak. Lock area well-developed with small main, lunar and minor tubercles, and link. Secondlock system absent. Lateral lines convex, flanks well-developed. Lateral spines not bent, with small, sharp hooks; gutter corners small. Caudal spine and caudal spine mark absent. Dorsal lip without notch or constriction but gutter present. Depressed dorsal lip with faint nose. Rostrum slender, moderately long. Moderate ventral lip with small median depression. No lip flaps; strong lip bellies and strong lip shoulders. Hump very small or absent, inner hump always absent. Protoconch II area projecting strongly. Shell length 5.4 mm, width 4.5 mm.
