Length to 15 mm. Body robust. Integument dense. Head slightly higher than long. Eyes large (Vibilia cultripes 1). ANT I equal in length to head and pereonite I combined. ART 1 of flagellum egg-like laterally. ART 2 of P I and II broadened (Vibilia cultripes 3). ART 6 of P I subequal to 5; dactyl strong, slightly curved, as long as half of ART 6. Posterior margin of ART 6 and dactyl serrate. ART 5 and 6 subequal in P II. Posterodistal process of ART 5 reaching middle of ART 6, anterior margin irregularly serrate. P VII as long as P IV. ART 2 of P VII subequal to ART 3-5 combined. ART 5-7 subequal. Anterodistal corners of ART 5-6 of P VII (Vibilia cultripes 2) with rounded processes with scales on their surfaces (unique character!). Distal ART of P VII knife-like, pointed distally, broadened in middle, also with scales on surface. Epimeral plate III with weak posterodistal denticle. Telson oval, broader than long.
