Length 9-16 mm. Pereon elongate, oval, with well-developed dorsal carina. ANT I thin, equal to, or longer than, pleon and pereon combined. Outer lobes of MXP elongate, pointed, broadened in proximal part (Scina incerta 2). Inner lobes 6-8 times as short as outer. ART 6 of P I with small triangular sharp anterodistal process (Scina incerta 3). P V longer than other, ART 6 slightly shorter than ART 5 (Scina incerta 4). ART 6 of P VI longer than ART 5. P VII much shorter and weaker than P VI. Live animals carmine-red, with tops of ANT I transparent.
