Body conical with two circular folds, semi-transparent, visceral mass visible through body wall. Median arm absent. Two broad lateral arms, each with 40 suckers. Lateral suckers with short stalks. Posterior footlobe narrow and long. Tentacles short. Hook sacs short. Radula formula: 6-1-6. Lateral teeth claw-shaped, broad-based, median teeth with two dentated main cusps, two blunt cusps and rounded corners. Body length 14 mm.
