Body largely transparent, visceral mass filling whole body, visible through body wall. Purple-gray chromatophores may appear on head and foot. Posterior gill composed of 4 crests radiating from body pole. Median footlobe relatively long, pointed. Median tubercle present. Two very distinct lateral arms, at top of each a terminal sucker larger than all other suckers, though similar in structure. Total of up to 55 suckers on each arm, in 2 or 3 rows; suckers in rows sometimes in groups, viz. proximal group of about 30 suckers and distal group of about 20 behind single large distal sucker. Median sucker arm completely reduced, represented only by five relatively long-stalked suckers. Jaw resembling that of Pneumodermopsis paucidens. Hook sacs shallow, with 16 to 20 rather short hooks. Radula formula: 7-1-7, with about 16 transverse rows of teeth. Median plate tricuspid, central cusp is smallest. First laterals with basal cusp projecting toward middle of radula. Body length 8 mm.
