Gonads on 8 radial canals, nearer circular canal than manubrium. Umbrella up to 42 mm wide, 10 mm high; colourless; with 8 sharp longitudinal ridges separated by 8 broad, flat, furrows; up to 190 tentacles; number of statocysts unknown.
