Umbrella 35-80 mm wide, hemispherical; manubrium small, on long, conical, gastric peduncle; mouth with 6 lips; up to 7 centripetal canals between radial canals; gonads heart-shaped, very broad above; 6 long, perradial hollow tentacles with cnidocyst rings, and 6 small, solid interradial tentacles with adaxial cnidocyst clusters; 12 statocysts.
