Body disc-like. Apical tentacles thick, encircle anterior area in several rows which are separated into 2 groups each of about 10-40 distally slightly thickened tentacles. Macronucleus variable, horseshoe-, C- or X-shaped, sometimes ramified. One (to several?) micronuclei. Lorica funnel-like. Stalk 20-30 µm thick, short to about 3 times lorica length. Polygemmic forming 1-4 apparently internal buds. Body diameter 100-140 µm. Swarmer bean-shaped, entire ventral side and 1 end ciliated; size about 80 x 40 µm. Epibiotic on copepods. Redescription needed.
