Diagnosis
Posterior margin of carapace straight or feebly emarginate. Antennal sympod with strong spiniform process furnished with subsidiary spinules.
Endopod of male 2nd pereopod with merus more or less expanded and produced posteriorly. Exopod of male 3rd pleopod longer than endopod, with modified setae and/or characteristic protuberances.
