Solitary zooids: up to 31 mm long, excluding the anterior projection (Brooksia rostrata). Intermediate muscle and MI contiguous or fused with MII and MIII in the mid-dorsal line. Number of muscular fibers (MI-MVII): 63-87. Other characteristics corresponding to the diagnosis of the genus Brooksia.
Aggregate zooids: (Brooksia rostrata 1, Brooksia rostrata 2). Other characteristics corresponding to the diagnosis of the genus Brooksia.
