Umbrella 24 mm wide, 25 mm high, mesoglea thick, bell-shaped; manubrium extending almost to velar opening, with perradial sac-like lobes on peduncle only; with 4 distinct, crenulated lips; with 4 stout, tapering perradial tentacles, with cnidocysts on proximal part in small rounded warts, on middle part forming transverse flaps, on distal parts in rings; with abaxial ocelli.
