Diagnosis: Fairly thick-walled spherical shell, with irregularly circular pores, weakly framed. Mouth fairly small, about 3 times pore width, with teeth about as long as by-spines, and 1-2 main-spines. Main-spines relatively thin, shorter than shell radius. Very numerous by-spines, about 3 times pore width.
Diameter: 0.7-1.0 mm.
