Six main spicules of unequal size; two equatorial spicules six-sided, about as long as shell-radius, twice as long as four polar spicules, which are three-edged or pyramidal. Fourteen other spicules only half as long and one-fourth as broad as latter, little prominent. Central shell spherical. Diameter of shell: 0.15 mm; length of 2 equatorial spicules: 0.08 mm, of 4 polar spicules: 0.04 mm, of 14 other spicules: 0.02 mm.
