Genus Lycaea

Dana, 1853

Body somewhat plump, especially in females. Head large, globular (Lycaea serrata 1). MX I and II reduced, but present. P I and II subchelate (Lycaea nasuta 1, Lycaea pulex complex 1). UR I with basipodite much longer than endopodite. Telson fused with double (II+III) urosomite.
