Diagnosis
Bowl usually globose. Collar cylindrical. Collar and bowl (or only collar) with large fenestrae in one to several rows, sometimes with agglutinated coccoliths. Oral end smooth or denticulated. One of most typical and clearly distinguishable tintinnids in general.
