Neognathophausia ingens

(Dohrn, 1870)

Carapace with rostrum rather short, broad at base, indistinctly denticulate. Supra-orbital spines wanting.
Antennal scale subovate, apex truncate, distal half of its outer edge minutely serrate.
Remark: this is the largest mysid species.
