Body opaque, brown/yellow to grayish, visceral organs visible through body wall. Anterior tentacles small. Two pairs of buccal cones. Lateral gills represented by simple protrusions of skin. Posterior gill with 3 crests, very broad in living specimens, dorsal one with 8 to 10 fringes on each side. Head rounded, neck contracted. Wings large. Footlobes well-developed; posterior one long and pointed, lateral ones triangular, attached to body along 1/3 of their base. Median tubercle present. Penile sucker absent. Penis extremely large, with unarmed chitinous plates. Long and flexible flagellum at base of evaginated penis, above its attachment penis broadening and its walls becoming lined with transverse thickenings in pairs. Jaw composed of one line of cusps, 13 to 14 in number. Hook sacs shallow, with about 20 short hooks. Radula formula: 8-1-8, median plate unicuspoid. Body length: 10 mm.
