With 8 marginal statocysts. Umbrella 4 mm wide, higher than hemispherical; manubrium small, flask-shaped; with 4 marginal tentacles and 4 or more rudimentary bulbs all with lateral cirri; gonads along middle portion of radial canals; medusa buds on gonads; frustules on radial canals.
