Diagnosis: Shell triangular, pyramidal, extended into a tube at the oral end, widened into a funnel-shape, its rim with 6 (seldom 4-5) long, straight or weakly curved, evenly spaced oral spines, 3 times as long a shell length or longer, with 1-3 rounded oblong basal pores. Aboral corners with 3 straight, short, strongly divergent aboral spines, as long or longer than shell length, with ring of 3-5 rounded oblong pores at their conically widened bases. Oral and aboral spines simply pointed, with numerous distally curved thorns.

Length: 1.1-1.5 mm.
