Genus Tectillaria

Lohmann and Bückmann, 1926

Trunk broad and flat (Tectillaria fertilis, Tectillaria fertilis 2). Spiracles small and circular. Short hood in the oral part of the trunk. Mouth small, surrounded by a ring of cirrate cells. Endostyle strongly curved. Alimentary tract transversally arranged. Two ovaries, oral in the pharyngeal cavity, over the spiracles. Two testes at least partly behind the alimentary tract.

A single species recorded from the South Atlantic Ocean.
