Head globular, without rostral points and carina (Anchylomera blossevillei 2). Pereonites I and II fused (Anchylomera blossevillei 1). ANT I of female very short, ANT II reduced to tubercle. P III and IV weakly subchelate, P V with large, rounded subchela, so animals appear to have "clenched fists" (Anchylomera blossevillei 3). P VI very weakly subchelate. P VII with all ART present.
