Somatic ciliature with one or more rows of right and left marginal cirri ventrally; frontal ciliature with variously arranged frontal, midventral, frontoterminal, and transverse cirri (latter sometimes absent). Frontal and midventral cirri differentiate during morphogenesis from longitudinal field of more than five oblique cirral streaks.
