Body moderately plump, flattened dorsoventrally (Euthamneus rostratus 1). Head somewhat flattened, with short, broad upturned rostrum in male. ANT II of male much shorter than head (Euthamneus rostratus 2). P I-VI covered with numerous setae on distal ART (Euthamneus rostratus 3). ART 2 of P VI twice as short as other distal ART combined. UR I with subequal rami. UR III distinctly longer than telson. Telson broadly rounded.
