Moderately small animals (5-10 mm) (Dairella latissima 2). Pleon slender, pereon depressed dorsoventrally, flat (Dairella latissima 1). Head large, axially compressed, with rounded lateral sides. Eyes large, with two dark spots inside each. MD with molar, without palp. MXP with fused inner and outer lobes. Pereonites I and II fused dorsally. Coxae fused with pereonites. All P simple. UR with free rami. Telson rounded, very small.
