[Radiolaria Polycystina] In Nassellaria: internal cephalic spine projecting from the median bar at the opposite end of the vertical spine, next to the apical and secondary lateral spines (main spines/skeleton,main spines/skeleton 2). The dorsal spine can protrude outside of the cephalis at the level of the cervical stricture.
