[Radiolaria Polycystina] In Nassellaria and Spumellaria: a dense central mass of cytoplasm (the endoplasm or intracapsular cytotoplasm) with the nuclear material, as well as reserve substances and major cytoplasmic organelles, bounded by an organic, perforated membrane which separates it from the extracapsular protoplasm.
